Chair choices explained
Time to ask your questions
A conversation before an appointment
Make room
for your comfort.
Mobify offers rise-and-recline and high-leg-lift chair options. The right choice starts with how the chair fits you, your home and your everyday routine.

Find the fit.
Then find your favourite.
A mobility assessment is a chance to discuss chair suitability and the details that matter to you. Ask about seat size, controls, movement, fabric and the space available in your room.
- Chair size & seating
- Discuss seat height, width and depth for the model you are considering.
- Movement & controls
- Explore the available rise, recline or leg-lift options with the team.
- Style & finish
- Ask which fabrics, leathers and finishes are available for your chosen chair.
Photographs are from Mobify's website. Features vary by model; the pictured recliner should not be taken as confirmation of every rise or high-leg-lift feature.
Your next step
starts with a call.
Request a mobility assessment and give the appointment setter what they need to get the conversation started.
Share your chair interest and preferred callback time. The team can then discuss your enquiry, explain what an assessment involves and agree a suitable appointment if appropriate.
Start your assessment requestSubmitting a request does not reserve an appointment. Availability and any assessment costs must be confirmed by Mobify.

Details worth
sitting down for.
Mobify’s Leyburn range includes a standard fabric fixed chair and a standard fabric recliner. Ask the team to explain how each option differs and which models offer the movement you want.
- Compare the chair’s seat dimensions.
- Ask about available control options.
- Explore fabric and leather choices.
- Confirm delivery, setup and aftercare.

Some useful answers about your enquiry and the assessment journey.
What happens when I request a mobility assessment?
Once live enquiries are enabled, the information you submit is intended for the appointment setter to contact you about your chair enquiry and discuss arranging an assessment. A request is not an appointment booking. In this demo, no enquiry is sent.
Can I enquire for a family member?
Yes. Select “A family member” and use your own contact details. You can discuss how the person using the chair can be involved when the appointment setter calls.
What should I prepare for the call?
Think about the kind of chair you are interested in, your available room space and when you would like to explore your options. Please do not enter medical information into this form.
Are all chairs the same?
No. Fixed chairs, recliners, rise-and-recline chairs and high-leg-lift models can have different functions. Ask Mobify to confirm the exact features, dimensions and suitability of the model you are considering.
Is there a charge for the assessment?
This demo does not quote an assessment price. Ask the appointment setter to confirm any charges and what the assessment includes before agreeing to an appointment.
Can I speak to someone first?
Mobify publishes 07841 014144 as its contact number. You can call to ask about its chairs and assessment arrangements. Calling opens a separate contact channel; the demo form itself sends nothing.
